Rooted in Love - planting love and growing joy, cultivating presence, intention, and growth through plants.
🌿Experience an immersive short grounding meditation, breath, connecting to roots, a sound bath, set inner intentions-what you wish to grow in your life, then pick an assortment of plants to propagate, pick rocks, pick a Reiki charged crystal gemstone for intention-setting to infuse in the water, end with group affirmations/intentions with sound bath chimes.
🌿You will leave with your own uniquely curated easy to maintain one of a kind plant arrangement, with a deeper connection to your heart, to nature, to the healing and meaning of plants, the healing power of crystals, the power of water, and the elements. Also, learn how to create that "sacred space" at home for peace, harmony, balance, well-being.

🌿Susan is an intuitive and certified Reiki Master Practitioner who works with crystal sound baths, breath work, mindfulness, trauma. Susan empowers and provides coaching in healing & wellness, energy mastery and emotional empowerment with people, plants and pets. She does a variety of workshops and has plant based wellness products. She provides animal reiki sessions and has active 17yr blind pet therapy dog. Susan leads nature walks with "Wisdom Walks & Talks" in Pyramid Mountain, meditations, breath work, Quantum Healing Past Life Regression (QHHT).
