About Your Instructor:
Ken received his 200-Hour RYT in Denver, Colorado in 2012. As an avid snowboarder, mountainbiker, and rock climber, Ken was initially drawn to yoga to gain more flexibility and strength. As his practice progressed he found a deeper connection to yoga, a connection he felt compelled to share. Ken's approach to yoga is to keep it simple and accessible. With focus on breathing, releasing stress and finding space in body and mind, Ken welcomes students of all levels to share this transformational experience
