Join Rev. Sarah Milligan, psychic medium and spiritual healer, for a rare experience of physical mediumship and connecting with loved ones in Spirit.

In each Spirit Healing Circle, we sit together in the presence of Spirit — allowing messages from loved ones, healing frequencies, and divine remembrance to flow freely. These gatherings weave together spiritual healing, physical and mental mediumship, and the eternal presence of Love. Each circle is a sanctuary where Heaven meets Earth and miracles unfold as natural expressions of Love.

Each guest will receive individual healing and an opportunity to connect with a loved one in Spirit. We welcome just eight sitters to keep the space intimate, allowing for deep connection, healing, and transformation.

About Rev. Sarah Milligan

Rev. Sarah Milligan is a spiritual healer, evidential psychic medium, energy-based physical medium, and an ordained interfaith minister. Her ministry is devoted to holding space for Heaven on Earth, where Spirit's love can be felt as she guides others to experience the peace of reunion with loved ones, the clarity of divine guidance, and the healing power of Spirit's love.

Spirit Healing Circle Policy & Waiver

Please read the circle preparation tips and waiver thoroughly. Thank you!

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time.

Before Circle

• Eat lightly so your energy can go to healing and not digestion. Try to avoid eating meat the day of circle.

• No alcohol before circle.

• No perfume or cologne at all — the session may need to end early if scents are present.

• Please turn off your phones and remove Apple Watches, or leave them in the car. They must be completely off. EMFs and radiation interfere with the production of energetic physical phenomena by the spirit team.

• Please do not wear or have any metal showing on your body. This includes all jewelry, belt buckles, zippers, metal on shoes, and anything shiny. Wedding bands may be covered with painter's tape if not removed. Metals can heat up from the energy being produced.

• Please wear layers with something light at the base, as the temperature can get very warm from the energy. Be comfortable!

• Set your intention for healing before you come into circle. Meditate or pray and ask Spirit with all your heart for the healing needed — mental, emotional, physical, and/or spiritual. You may do this each day leading up to your scheduled circle if you choose. The spirit team appreciates the preparation to meet them in circle!

• Set your intention for your loved ones to visit. Invite them in with your thoughts and heart.

• Please come with an open heart and open mind to experience our spirit friends, spirit team, and loved ones. The more open and loving, the more phenomena occurs! If you are not completely open to the spirit world, please start with a private mental mediumship reading before sitting in this circle.

After Circle

• Create space to rest and be peaceful after circle.

• Drinking alcohol is not recommended after circle for optimal healing effects.

• The healing will continue to process through you for at least 4–7 days. Please drink extra water with lemon — ideally half your body weight in ounces each day. This will support your healing.
