A Women’s Day of Renewal, Release & Reconnection
What if the beginning of a new year isn’t about becoming someone new? What if it’s an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, nourish your mind and body, release what no longer serves you, and intentionally decide what you want to carry forward?
Give yourself a full day to pause, breathe, reset, and reconnect—with yourself and with other women. Set within the beautiful private event space at South Street Gardens, this full day women’s retreat is designed to help you step away from the demands of everyday life and create space for what you need most: movement, reflection, nourishment, release, and renewal.
The Day, Unfolded
Doors open at 9am giving you plenty of time to settle in, enjoy breakfast, and get inspired before the first program begins promptly at 9:30am.
Mindset Matters: The Power to Create Change
Retreat facilitator Stacey Uhrig, local trauma care practitioner and host of the Flip Your Mindset podcast, leads a 60-minute workshop exploring the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that can leave us feeling stuck. Through guided reflection, you’ll be invited to release what may be holding you back and create space for a fresh perspective.
Breathwork for the Soul with Gentle Stretching
Lucia Almeida Oliveira, certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, will lead you on a soulful reset through the power of your breath. This experience is designed to quiet the mind, release stress and tension, and reconnect with yourself. Through intentional breathing paired with gentle stretching and a powerful playlist, you’ll be invited to move out of your head and into your body, creating space for clarity, release, and a deeper sense of calm.
Functional Nutrition & Nourishment

Attract, Don’t Chase
Chitra Rochlani, intuitive coach, speaker, and best-selling author and podcast host of “The Warrior Mindset” uses her 3A’s framework to help you get out of your own way, gain clarity on your true strengths, so you can lead your life through alignment and confidence. (Peel, Feel, Heal) framework which will help you eradicate unnecessary stress, get in touch with your innate wisdom and attract the people and experiences you desire.
Chitra will close out the day and lead us into a restorative sound bowl meditation and somatic release experience, offering an opportunity to slow down, tune inward, and let go of tension held in the body.

About Stacey Uhrig
Stacey is a local trauma care practitioner, speaker, and host of the Flip Your Mindset podcast. About Lucia Almeida Oliveira

About Amy Rind
Amy is a board-certified nutrition counselor and restorative health practitioner specializing in menopause and perimenopause, digestive health, healthy aging, and women's nutrition after 50. She helps women understand the physiological changes of menopause and create new, evidence-informed strategies that support an extraordinary second half of life.
And…the old rules don't always work anymore.
A woman’s menopause journey is much more than a collection of symptoms—it's a pivotal transition and opportunity to intentionally shape the decades ahead. Digestion changes. Muscle declines more quickly. Bone health becomes more important. Metabolism shifts. Sleep, energy, and resilience may no longer feel predictable. My role is to help women navigate that transition with knowledge, confidence, and a renewed sense of possibility.
About Chitra Rochlani
You've done everything "right." Hit the goals. Checked the boxes. So why doesn't it feel the way you thought it would?
That question is where Chitra starts. She's the creator of Attract, Don't Chase™ and she's not here to help you chase harder. She's here to show you why the chasing stopped working in the first place, and what to do instead so success finally feels like something you have, not something you're still running toward.
As an intuition and mindset coach, Chitra works with high-achievers who look successful and feel stuck. She'll tell you intuition is a form of intelligence, right alongside IQ and EQ, and once you learn to use it, the patterns keeping you stuck become obvious, and breakable.
She believes that you can't change what's happening around you until you change what's happening within you.
She's the Amazon #1 bestselling author of The Warrior Mindset and host of the Attract, Don't Chase podcast(with 26K downloads)
